Will a 1940 ford tudor fit on a 80's model for ranger frame? - 1940 ford tudor

I have an 86 Ford Ranger with a V8-302 and switch identities for the Rangers from 1940 to body structure.

  1. You have to make some changes, but you can do. His biggest challenge will be to harmonize the body and increases wing. the bed, you can drill and tap new holes in the frame. but with the cab and fenders some difficulties in achieving any form. It is an impressive project and I hope your ready for the challenge. This is not something that can be carried out over a weekend. But when you convert your request to 40 into a new frame and engine is the best and most profitable to do so. Take lots of measurements of the two trucks. Videotape ALL! All brands (also saw how they were on the break.) If you have a few good people to work with you, you have this completed in about 6 months in the position. Have fun and want to know if you have a website for this conversion. I look forward to hear more about it.

  2. Why not a Crown Victoria under or over 92? It is closer to the ground and saw a modular Engine: 4.6 3 valve new Mustang GT, 4.6 DOHC Supercharged, or Version 5.4. I think something like this would be the Crown Victoria Weld pan and firewall in the old body, he has a flatbread that bolts and corresponds to the frame. A first step would be to change the framework so that the distance between the axes coincide with the oldest. And why not a '03 Expedition plot (can be adapted to any modular engine, and IRS) and then the body of the car?
